The service and attention to detail is superb. Even the morning when we left at 4.30am they had laid out coffee at the front desk. I had emailed the night before arrival to ensure we got a double bed and received a response in 3 minutes! Unquestionably the best hotel in London and with the Jumerah levels of service, a complete no brainer. The surrounding area is beautiful and you are walking distance to Sloane Square and Knightsbridge. Impeccable .
