"Low cost & very close to the airport. Although the hotel and room looked clean there was a foul smell in the bathroom so it’s possible there was a leak in the drainage. Aircraft noise was tolerable but we had the windows open due to it being warm and the first flight in woke us at 04:40. None of the staff wore masks and there was a group of three unmasked guests chatting in the small reception area, so that made us feel a bit uncomfortable. It’s a budget hotel so best not expect too much."

"This is a great place to stay for the price. We only stayed here one night to be closer to the airport for a morning flight. I was impressed to know that a continental breakfast was included, it included hot and cold items. This was my favorite part of the stay as the kitchen has a beautiful view of the garden and everything was spot clean and organized. There are a lot of stores and food shops across the street and its only a block away from the train station so its very conveniently located....

"This hotel was closed when I got there, I was left stranded by your company…….I bought and paid for this so needless to safe I need my money back ASAP, I am 88 years old and to have this happen to me was not acceptable, how did this happen? I decided to take a cab from Heathrow to the Ramada Inn at Hounslow east, cost me £40-, and to find I did not have a room after a long flight from San Diego, was so disappointing."

"Very nice hotel with spectacular view of the Tower Bridge from our room. Two restaurants, buffet breakfast available for 22 pounds per person if not included with the room package . Costa coffee store in hotel. Across the street from the Tower of London. Close to tube and buses. Ubers readily available to come directly to hotel lobby. We had a very nice experience here!"
