"Hotel was ok, walkable to bullring shopping centre but better to get a tram, the room was clean and tidy, staff were nice, breakfast was good. Parking was expensive so we parked somewhere else for less money. "

"The hotel is part of a conference building on a university campus. Once you get onto the campus the signage is very clear and I had no trouble finding the building. Nice and helpful reception staff. The building is new and the facilities are nice. You have to swipe your keycard to get into your floor and into your room, so I felt safe. Cons: Mattress was thin and old, not very comfortable. "A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "
