We were treated like royalty! the staff treated us as if we were members.

This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort and it was fabulous. I was greeted with a margarita at the check-in desk! The hotel staff are very friendly and all of the desk staff, bartenders, and waiters speak excellent English. The food and drinks are plentiful and readily available, and everything including the mini-bar and room service is included. I was only there for 3 nights so I ate at the buffet most of the time. It was very good and had a wide variety of food to choose from, so it did not get boring. There were a decent number of vegetarian choices but I think any vegans would be left with left with just the fruits and vegetables. I did eat one meal at the Asian restaurant Maiko which was very nice and getting a reservation for the time I wanted was not difficult (I booked through the concierge when I arrived for a dinner the next evening, apparently they also have an app which can allows you to make reservations but I did not try this). The hotel has free WiFi which seemed unusual based on the other hotels I looked at. I intermittently had trouble connecting my ipad but with several attempts throughout the day was able to access email at least once daily. This was also the first time I had purchased an airport shuttle through Expedia and this worked out well for me. It was $25 each way, and the ride is about 75-90 minutes from the airport so I image a taxi would be much more.

The restaurant are all first-rate..the foods was excellent. entertainment was great. Everyone that I ran into at the Hotel was very very helpful.

Wonderful Resort. Tons of stuff to do. My only camplaint is the rooms need beter air conditioners and ceiling fans that are less noisy.

Love that it was quite, and beautiful beach! Water was great!

We love this resort it was our 5th visit to the Grand Oasis. The staff are all accommodating and friendly. Very clean, outdoor areas are kept spotless. Beach is wonderful. Buffet could be better but other restaurants are all good. We are already planning our next visit.

We had a great time at this hotel! The staff was great and the beach was beautiful and just steps from our back door! The view from our room was amazing!

Loved the beach was so clean and the water was crystal clear. Although the wifi needs upgrading as connection was very unstable and slow. The rest of our stay was amazing to say the least.
