The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is too dark, even for guests with perfect vision.
The rooms were too DARK, very disappointed.
Staff were excellent, great location.
