Location of hotel is walking distance from trams, trains and buses. Room was kept clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice lobby with bar and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. Hardworking and accommodating wait staff in restaurant as well! Definitely recommended!

During my stay in Zurich, I had the pleasure of experiencing a truly wonderful hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delightful, offering a great start to each morning. What stood out the most, however, was the staff—they were incredibly responsive and attentive, making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my visit. This hotel has left such a positive impression that I know it will be my go-to choice whenever I return to Zurich. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in an area about 10 minutes from downtown Zurich which was easily accessible by tram which is a block away. The room accommodations and property were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff was pleasant, professional and accommodating. Upon check-in, we were offered water and provided with a local map indicating transportation and nearby dining options. Another rep was helpful in assisting me to print out a voucher needed for a tour when the hotel's sole guest computer wasn't functioning. Following departure, my request for my final charges was promptly answered as well as follow up regarding a lost item. They even called me from Zurich to discuss potentially shipping the item which I consider going above and beyond in customer service.

A nice place to stay

This is a nice hotel. Staff were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Every staff member that I interactacted with are multilingual...Very impressive. For your convenience there is a grocery store and pharmacy less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The tram is also about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. My room had a sink with a slow drain. This tends to be a common problem wherever I stay. Inconvenient for sure. The bed in my room had an awkward, downward slant toward the headboard. Also Inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was nice, however, they need to ensure that hot items stay hot instead of room temperature. I recommend staying here despite the problems I encountered and I will stay here again.
