"The hotel staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. The room was fine, nothing fancy, basic, but adequate. The only issue was the noise from the traffic outside. They provide earplugs to drown out the noise, so that was nice."

"Location is top for the hotel. However, the customer experience is much to be improved when it comes to staff service. I would say that people in reception looked like we are disturbing them, and in the breakfast area, you could stay with the plates finished and nobody came to take them 4 or 5 ladies were and just talking between them. Quality of the breakfast is fair. Very important point, there is no room to leave your luggage. I mean you pay almost 300euro per night and they told us to leave our luggage in the hallway, is pretty embarrassing. Room was spotless clean, the reception and the elevators were quite dirty. Best thing is the location, you are 2 minutes from the lake and in the middle of the financial district. Location 10/10."
