Great location, very friendly, helpful staff and the most comfortable bed and room we’ve ever stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw our room with a view of the city below. What a perfect experience! Everything was modern, clean, felt new, spacious. Service was amazing, very accomodating. Wonderful room service breakfast that was included in our room rate and well worth it. Would stay here again in a heartbeat next time in zurich.
