My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities.

I booked this hotel recently when my daughter and I went for a short break to Zurich. I had called the hotel directly before hand to make a couple of enquiries and requests and on both occasions the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel sits on the river Limmat close to the lake and has a wonderful restaurant terrace with great views. We had breakfast here each morning which was a great start to the day. Best place to stay near everything

The hotel was close to Lake Zurich and from our room you could get a view of the lake. It was a short walk from the hotel to the boat trips as well as the tram and train station. There were lots of shops and restaurants close by. The room was big and each day some chocolate was placed in our room which tasted really good. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

Room was spotless, the bathroom exquisite and room service was amazing. Service and staff were outstanding!

I like the complimentary mini fridge

The reception on arrival, the bell boy, the service, the bar, etc. have only enhanced our stay.
