Sand Island Ski Holidays

Central location, great service. Staff very friendly and helpful from valet to front desk to housekeeping. Food at resto was good (ahi katsu, cabbage salad) and was able to extend stay 1/2 day rate (convenient for 10pm flight). Had steamer, blow dryer in room and a balcony

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. However the breakfast was not great, they say you get a free menu item and drink. But it's actually from a very limited menu rather than the full Cafe menu. It's also very odd that they give you a coupon for only one person when they know there are two people in the room. My only other issue is the amount of loungers and shade in the pool area, the ratio of chairs to guests is not good at all.

Outdoor pool is freezing cold, service is terrible by the waiting staff there. It’s a mediocre experience overall, for an almost premium price.

Extremely disappointing compared to the previous stays at Halekulani. Facilities are outdated and poorly maintained.

A highly recommended place 10 out of 10 I can’t describe how beautiful this place is in every aspect from cleanliness and the attention of the staff👌👌📍 I would come back!!

Nice place to finish our Oahu trip at. Loved the banana bread.
