We had a great stay at the hotel. Edward who was out butler during our stay was fantastic and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food options were extensive and good. The only thing to beware is that the welcome breakfast (sales pitch for Palladium club) can waste time if you don't shut it down quickly. Aside from this everything was perfect.

Resort had great amenities even if they are highly overpriced.
Kids had a blast, pools were largely clean and the food was decent. Definitely check out la brissa on the adult side for dinner. Highly recommend upgrading to premium, worth every penny
