The staff was awesome, room was very clean.
The buttons on the bedroom remote did not work, specifically the down button. The shower water was only steaming hot. We did not have any cold or warm water and the handle itself was loose which made it very hard to shower as needed

We booked specific tower due to location in the hotel. When we checked in they said it wàs not available and put us in a farther away tower. Bathroom had jetted tub , but no way to turn on jets. Room looked older.

The Casino was clean, fun, and exciting. Our room was a bit of a disappointment. While it was as clean as they could make it, it was extremely outdated. The shower was in an old tub with the water pressure out of the shower head very minimal. I think the cleaning staff was excellent. Honestly, the room was the only disappointment. It was all red and rather dingy. The window shade had cracks in it from probably too much sun damage.
