I reversed a room with a king bed months in advance. When I went to check in, they said they did not have enough rooms with king beds (even though I reserved ahead of time), and asked that I take a room with two queen beds. I was irritated, as that is not what I paid / planned for. They told me I could go to the front desk the next morning, to see if they possibly had any king beds to switch to.
You cannot use the refrigerator in the hotel room. If you choose to use it, there’s a charge. Not being able to keep your drinks / food refrigerated, especially when you are staying multiple nights is less than ideal.
The resort is clean!
