Third time coming to this place and have no regrets. Customer service is just amazing, everything is perfect here.

Everything was great

We had fantastic time at TRS, specifically due to the beach and pool area llke. Also a shout out to our amazing butler, Norelis, without her it would have been a 3 star experience. Because of her attentiveness, ability to provide my husband an amazing 50th birthday treat, and overall her kind, approachable and helpful nature we would not have had such a great time! Because of her it was 5 stars. The rooms are outdated, as well as many issues with the swim out having cracks etc, but overall these could be overlooked for how nice the location and beach area is. Food options although limited on tbe actual property we always found something to eat. The staff at the other grand palladium’s were overall rude and not very helpful. We are planning on being back next year but will avoid the other resorts. Again our butler Norelis made this a very memorable trip, other staff at the TRS were great as well specifically the morning egg chef at the Helios and the hostesses as well.

The property is clean and nice

I have nothing bad to say except for the rooms. The design is so inconvenient and dumb. Bathroom and shower doors are made of glass. They are basically in the room, no separate bathroom area with a wooden door. Everyone can hear and smell your business. No hooks, so I didn’t even know where to hang my towels and clothes. Linens were slightly smelly and had some stains and holes here and there. Towels were hard and did not dry well. AC temp regulation was very poor. I pressed on low fan but it was blowing harder. It was very cold so I had to turn the AC off a lot. Also there is a sofa bed in the room so if someone sleeps there the AC will blow hard on them, anyways I was dreading coming back into the room, I was ready to sleep in the lobby on their comfy sofas! I have really nothing bad to say about the outdoor area. Bathrooms are better than in the rooms and are very clean! There are so many seating areas and lots of bars and restaurants. Everything looks pretty and delicious. Pools and beach are very clean, and there are lots of shaded areas so you won’t burn, unless you are in the water all the time. Entertainers are superb! I’ve never seen anything like it. The staff is very nice and helpful. Don’t forget to tip! These people work really hard! Bottom line, rooms need to be renovated asap! If that happens I’ll definitely come back! If you don’t care about where you shower and sleep then this place will be heaven for you.

Everything about this property was just perfect the staff the rooms the entire place food was delicious 20 out of 10

We did love the resort, friendly staff and their helps a lot , very nice beach in the front. It is very family and safe for family. what I think they should have more game in the pool like volleyball in the pool. that was a manager his name Carlos he helped me a lot. He was so nice and that was a girl was working in Mediterranean restaurant She was so nice.her name was Andrea!! I love the show they have at night the people at make people dance and make sure we have fun was amazing.I am definitely going back there again!!
