This is a stunning resort! Each time I return, it gets even better. I always feel like family here and so safe. I highly recommend booking excursions with Ben, who is located on the private beach; he is trustworthy and reliable. I can't wait to return! Es un resort impresionante! Cada vez que regreso es mejor que la anterior; siempre me siento como en familia y muy segura. Recomiendo ampliamente reservar excursiones con Ben, que se encuentra en la playa privada; es confiable y formal. ¡No puedo esperar para volver!

Everything was extraordinary me and my wife are satisfied there is only one thing that we experience is the food not the best not the worst either but for sure they can do better other than that everything is amazing we love it and we recommend it

Kids were sometimes at the adult only pool, but staff was there to acknowledge the parents to move. The view from the balcony was terribly bad- looking at the mount of trash. Housekeepers were fantastic. Waiting staff friendly. Transportation to airport in Cancun asking for tipping, in unfriendly way.

This is our 3rd time at this resort. The change to adults only on one side made us visit again. We had issues with Expedia and our booking, but with the super helpful staff and Luany, they helped correct the issue, making the situation a priority. Super thankful for them! We stayed in room 2464 with ocean front view, with partial roof via the balcony. We loved this room because it was on the end with nobody on either side in view. The restaurants were super good, but definitely make reservations asap or you won’t get in. The lunch and dinner buffet was horrible. Need to add some salad dressings and maybe some pasta with sauces. Ended up going to the Deli shop. They offer some good sandwich options and coffee. The beach was super clean. The water was beautiful. The pool was awesome. The loungers in the pool were my favorite and never had a problem getting one. All in all, I’d give the resort a 10/10. Definitely would go back for the fourth time.
