The refrigerator in the room didn't work, the secondary sink didn't drain well and the shower was not easy to find a moderate/medium temperature...it started off very hot.

First room had no hot water, no towels so after taking a freezing shower, we asked to have a room changed, which ended up having no towels again. The property was under construction, old and dirty, and it felt like a construction zone throughout the entire hotel.
You have a hard time even finding the front desk through the maze of plywood temporary construction walls. No compensation was made by the staff for the lack of hot water and no towels twice. It seemed as if they were being bothered by switching our room. I will not be staying here again or any hotel that is affiliated with Marriott.
