We were there in business, and although we asked for a room facing the back of the hotel, we still got a room facing the noisy main road.
The hotel looked empty, and they still couldn't check us in before 3 pm after a long haul flight.
The breakfast gets boring after a few days; they offer the exact same dishes every single day.
I would not recommend staying at this hotel again.
Very disappointed!

This was my first trip to Dubai, and I was extremely pleased with the hotel and the excellent staff. I cannot say enough good things about their service. The hotel itself is beautiful and I would stay here again and again.

This property was above and far beyond anything I could have expected. The staff was amazing and so welcoming and accommodating. The resort has everything you could ever need. There really is no need to leave. The lagoon is open 24/7 which we loved. Room service is available 24/7. There is valet parking and the staff is always available to drive you to and from your room in the little golf cars. The food is amazing and the breakfast buffet is phenomenal with everything you could ever think of as an option. I really can’t say enough about this resort. My husband and I went for our honeymoon and we want to come back with our family. I can’t find one thing to complain about. Our time here was amazing!
