Hotel was as advertised very beautiful with excellent staff. Corner room was a bit larger and fit 4 comfortably. Location was steps from Namba station, Dotonbori and direct connection to underground Namba Walk as well as OCAT bus terminal and airport limousine. Very happy stay.

Shower and laundry are the best

I like cleaning room , staff cooperation,Laundry was excellent but they have no kitchen facilities. However, just next to the hotel lot of restaurants are there also 7-11 is next to the hotel, overall it is a very good property.

Nice apartment hotel with an excellent washer/dryer that was easy to operate and actually dried our clothes. The only downside is the lack of any type of hotel services, especially no coffee machine in the room or available in the lobby. There were also pans but no cooktop to use them. Price was a bit high but the room was relatively big.

Clean room and friends staffs

This hotel was beautiful, the view was amazing and the room very spacious amd comfortable i was sad i only spent one night in osaka , I would definitely stay here again
