Each member of staff went above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible. Moustafa, and all the front desk members, ensured that my needs were met and exceeded. They were a wealth of knowledge and advice for a first time traveler to Dubai. My room was top notch, the spa was indulgent, just everything was top shelf, especially the staff.
