Great location, clean and quiet. Really good breakfast

Very nice modern and clean property however a little out of the way. They make up for this with an excellent shuttle service which runs every half hour to the cdg airport. We took advantage of this service and used the shuttle to get us to the airport so we could take the train to Paris for the day. The restaurant is convenient for a quick lunch or dinner but has a limited menu. The buffet breakfast is included and has many options for cold or hot choices. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, polite and pleasant. They quickly booked all the shuttle times for our stay at check-in. The shuttle employees were also very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended .

The room was hot and stuffy with electrical issues. The ceiling was damaged in our shower and bathroom. The front desk staff was rude and unwilling to make any accommodations to a different room. The AC in the rooms do not work well enough to cool the rooms so we had to sleep with the window open and unfortunately the hotel is next to CDG and directly on a freeway. The website claims to have a shuttle service to CDG but the shuttle service only went as far as a gas station, completely misleading and useless.

Location is slightly far from the centre of Paris but relatively cost effective.

The staff were friendly and nice but the room is basic (no minibar, closet, or safe and towels were small and needed bleaching or replacing). The location is very convenient though so could be fine if you just need a place to sleep and shower. They offer breakfast as of 5:30 AM so it’s convenient if you have an early flight. If you have a healthier budget, you may wish to stay elsewhere but if budget is limited, it will do. Sorry, Ibis, I think you can do better with providing better towels and toiletries.
