Katherine was the best waitress on the beach. Orlando made great drinks on the beach. Lewis Acosta was so helpful when we first got there, setting us up with everything we needed with room and restaurant reservations!
Mario was great whenever we needed anything more and he always seemed to be available friendly.
Everyone was wonderful. Goes a long way to tip your waitress, bartenders, room service and housekeeping. So do it! They deserve it! We loved it. Food was great. Italian (casa Bella) restaurant food was great but the Mongolian restaurant was our favorite (Turta). Tequila restaurant was amazing too and it’s only a 5 minute trolly ride and they are always available to ride!
Entertainment was so fun!!! And the excursions were great. We definitely want to go back! We had 2 adjoining swim up rooms and it was perfect if you wanted a break from all the entertainment!
