The property was immaculately clean, the location was amazing and the beds were super comfortable! highly recommend

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They brought us some extra tea and coffee when we ran out, had our room ready ahead of time and accommodated a late checkout request without issue. The property is nice and extremely convenient to the royal mile and train stops at Waverley station as well as the St Andrews Park tram.

The property had a beautiful view and the communication was excellent. The are also instructions incase something is not clear. I would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh to stay here.

Door men were great!

The staff were fantastic on our arrival (Robert and Ryan); they helped with the bags and guided us through the parking process. The room was exactly as advertised and the location is great.

The staff were outstanding, welcoming, helpful and extremely friendly. The room was spacious, well maintained and the coffee/tea making facilities were very welcome. The public areas were very welcoming and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was outstanding both evenings we ate there and there was a wide range of drinks available in the bar. We had a very enjoyable stay.

To start with, it's an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh's historic district. With much within walking distance getting to see this beautiful city was easy. The hotel, as an anchor point was ideal. Service levels were, as one would expect from a premium brand, superb. From the concierge and the entire support team, through the front desk staff attending to guests' needs and inquiries, to the staff in the hotel's Eve restaurant, who provided an excellent level of attention. (I can't speak for the other restaurant as we did not have the opportunity to patronise that establishment.) I will gladly return to this hotel in the future.
