Tahoe Donner All inclusive Holidays

The bathroom tile was dirty, dirty floors in the bath, the tub was clogged and filled up when showing. When prices go up quality goes down. The rooms need a good surface cleaning.

Parking kind of sucks but other than that it’s clean, safe, and has lots of food and beverage options. Really enjoyed my stay

Most impressive was the noticeable hospitality. From the bell staff to the bartenders, all were exceptionally welcoming.

I loved this hotel! From beginning to end it was such a pleasant experience. The staff was amazing, the conditions of the property is top notch, the location was perfect and the food at the restaurant was something we still dream about. It was so delicious without being pretentious.

It seems like the property could be cleaner especially the restrooms in the casino area

Good location, very cute hotel. A little outdated. We were disappointed, because pool was broken and nobody notified us. We were really looking forward to using the pool.

Excellent place to stay in Reno. Very roomy, comfy beds, kitchen had everything needed for meals and even for baking cookies. Highly recommend. Super clean which was very appreciated having a toddler in the room.
