The resort has a beautiful pool area that’s perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. However, the room cleanliness left something to be desired, as it didn’t feel as well-maintained as expected. Additionally, ongoing construction in the building impacted the overall experience. Overall, a pleasant stay for the amenities, but improvements are needed in housekeeping and guest comfort.

Staff were awesome!!👏 😊Very welcoming, friendly, helpful, informative and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable as they were always visible around the resort.😊Clean but there are friendly cats roosters hens chicks peacocks roaming around and wanting food. Room was clean upon arrival.

Great hotel, we enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Rooms were clean, 2 pools and hot tubs and loungers were nice. Parking could be a bit of a pain, and the attached restaurant/bar that was on the beach was too expensive, so we found other really great options in Kapaa.
