Cancun Adventure Holidays

The property was kept impeccably clean, the staff worked very hard at it. We were treated very well from the time we arrived to the time we left. The only downfall was that to take advantage of some of the activity discounts offered, we had to attend a 2 hour “sales pitch” on buying into Wyndhams “vacation plan”. We did not choose to join and did receive the discounts just the same but, we won’t get that 2 hours back as vacations do only come once a year for my wife and I. All in all, a super nice place and can’t stress enough how great the whole staff was.

I honestly loved our stay. Staffffffffff is amazzzzing. Had the drinks coming. Once they get to know you and know what you like to drink .. you don't even have to ask. It is ready for you. Rooms are amazing even though we didn't stay in our rooms too much. Food stations throughout all day long as well Activities to do at the resort. Some might need to be changed . For example the axe throwing and the archery was a little on the not so exciting. The bingo was fun and hilarious. The circus night on Saturday was fun. Very nice excellent. More of an outdoor banquet with show. Very beautiful. Mor food than you can even ask for and drinks . I loved feeling safe at this hotel. Very new and clean. We went for a nice relaxing stay. We also did the spa which was great. Not so much of a wild party hotel.

Great property. This is our second time staying here and it is great

It is a beautiful resiort. The personal was amazing they deserve 10 or more stars. There is entertainment every night. We loved the water aerobics it’s a must do they were all very entertaining and great music at the pool area which I may say is very big spacing out people not cluttered. There was an iguana near the pool they are our friends we named him Iggy say hi to him for us. The only complaint I can give is needs more food variety at breakfast gets full go early you have more luck to find seats for dinner must do the crepes they are amazing and just like breakfast needs more of a variety. Overall a great time. My family said Pedro at the bar at lobby was amazing he does great drinks.

Beautiful area and the staff was lovely, the hospitality and the swift service for our needs was amazing meeting. The staff really had the property well maintained and the beach area was amazing!!!!
