Timeshare heavy and if you aren’t an owner, they will do anything to get you to attend a presentation. Resort’s staff was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. They even came to decorate our room for our daughter’s birthday, they made her a beautiful balloon arch, brought her a yummy slice of cake and for us a bottle of champagne. Buffet was not bad, but not great. The other two on site restaurants were good. The pools were clean and the perfect temperature. The grounds were tropical, clean and well maintained. The beach unfortunately does not look like the pictures due to erosion, but still beautiful and well maintained. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Wyndham Grand is simply fantastic property. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was awesome. I will definitely come again.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. The pools are beautiful, the rooms could be improved or modernized a bit more. Overall it was a good stay for a reasonable price. Staff was very friendly.

I enjoyed my stay. Was bothered that nobody seemed to care that the room beside me was smoking, which made my experience less valuable. I feel like the food was mediocre, there wasn’t anything or anywhere. I ate where I wanted to go back for seconds. My arrival was lackluster, I did not feel important. When the first question I am asked is my age and if I’m single or married, for marketing purposes. I was disappointed by the absence of servers in the pool area, verse what I’ve experienced at other resorts. I do, however, appreciate the peacefulness of the resort.
