The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

Great resort and beautiful property, but it's a big resort and lacks the personal feel of the smaller resorts

My Royal visit was wonderful and the Team professional ! I will return. I do suggest Occidental consider ways to elevate the experience from the dinner reservation rules every 2 days as it is too much work for an all inclusive and Royal beach needs improvement which may explain why it is always empty.

Property was well maintained, the employees are doing a great job in keeping things clean, I was impressed with the level of service, friendliness and the resort is beautiful. I will definitely return to Playa Grande

Staff friendly. Went in a down time, not a lot of options but was very nice and relaxing
