Amazing front office and house keeping teams! We would stay again. Love the location, ensuite laundry and complimentary parking. Be able to have a kitchen is a bonus.

Great stuff, amazing service

This is a really well-kept property: compact but spotlessly clean, and every corner looks like it’s just been freshly renovated. The location is unbeatable — it’s right next to the subway station, a big shopping mall, Chinatown, and Clark Quay, all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were polite and super efficient during check-in and check-out. But the absolute highlight was the concierge team: they were so warm and genuinely helpful. They made us feel instantly welcome the second we arrived, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for the great stay!

Only had a stay cation for 1 night but staff was very helpful with infant amenities. They provided a bathtub with various soaps and a crib for my 8 month old to sleep in. Overall very pleasant stay. 10/10 would come again.

Staff were friendly with the exception of the front office staff who when we checked in seemed to be more interested in other matters. Breakfast has a wide ranging choice but it’s just too busy and chaotic.

Very clean room. Cleaners came in everyday to clean rooms and etc. staff were absolutely amazing! So nice and helpful! The only thing I’d probably complain about is the other people partying till 2am but room did cancel out most of the noise.
