I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right next to Victoria Station, which made getting around London incredibly easy. Despite the central location, the room was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. The air conditioning worked well, and the bed was of good quality—both contributed to a great night’s sleep. I’d definitely consider staying here again!

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The location is really convenient. We got a very noisy room (011), and there are people outside from early morning making noise. The bed was not the best, and there's a bump at the header. The breakfast is good, but a little bit expensive.

Location is great. Very walkable. Easy walk to pubs, restaurants, shops, and underground stations. Hotel is clean and staff was friendly. Rooftop bar was nice.

Wow! I cannot wait to return! What an incredible experience. Woke up from a nap and took a last minute visit to the Royal Mews. My room was so adorable.

Friendly staff, easy to check-in, room was spacious but showed heavy signs of wear and tear. Handly transport links around the corner made this ideal for travelling into central London.
