Cancun Adults Only Holidays

The stay was nice. I expected a little better food and more availability to the restaurants rather than the buffet. The ocean location isn’t great a lot of weed on the beach. The hotel and the pool was average not more and not less. I would not choose this stay again if prob choose a better location and nicer hotel. Less.

We had no hot water in our room for the entire trip. I used the app twice to report this and our case was closed with no resolution. I also reported this to my concierge and also front desk staff. It was never fixed. The nightly entertainment is almost non existent.

I stayed here laat year ans thw service waa better. There waa always someone asking x if I needed something, and this time it was not the same, the service was extremely slow.And we had to go get our own, and thw hostess at the Italian place was rude.

This is our second time in 2 years. First time we stayed at Nizuc without our kids, second time Sunrise, with kids. We are always very impressed with the resort staff, cleanliness, prompt service, great restaurant choices, great amenities, pretty good evening entertainment. Safe, secure property. Beach sucks. Dont stay here for the beach. The pools are great! The wait staff at the pools, and the swim-up bars are wonderful. Kids activites are more than adequate. We like Nizuc better for an adult-only trip. There are fewer children there.

We were upgraded on arrival to a bedroom with a large outdoor terrace with sun loungers and palm trees. The bedroom was very spacious and light and the design of the room and bathroom and wardrobe area was excellent. The hotel facilities, lobby, reception and pool areas are all very well presented and well maintained. The location of the hotel is in a bay on a lovely stretch of beach and is a 15 minutes walk from shops, cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff are very welcoming and professional. We had a bed and breakfast package and the breakfast choice was first class. A special mention for our maid, Reyna, who cleaned our room (103) every day and was always smiling and cheerful. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The room is very nice and spacious, had a great ocean view which was unobstructed. We used all the items in the room and they would clean/replenish daily. We had a little leak in the room and they fixed it the same afternoon that we told them about it. The staff were very attentive and super helpful when asking questions. They gave a lot of recommendations on the drinks/food and local activities. The beach was very clean, nice waves but nothing too dangerous. Pools were beautiful, well kept, and a great temperature. Bars and restaurants were great with a variety of options and staff that were knowledgeable on the menu and made the experience special and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this resort to people who want to relax on vacation.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our trip. The property was clean and the environment had a lively yet relaxing feel!

The rooms are very clean and the 99..9% of the staff are very courteous. I did not see the swim up bar however I stayed in the beach. The outdoor pools looked clean and entertaining with sport and children’s activities.
