"Soap dispensers were broken had to buy soap just to wash your hands. Had to run down maid service just to get clean towels and sheets. Refrigerator didn't get cold. "A convenient place that is near to amenities. The fault lies with the safety aspect inside the room. (1). Exposed wiring from the bed side lamp ( using a 3 X core wire for a 2 X core wire connector). (2). Emergency torch light that doesn't work at all."

"My last time with this resort. We booked it mainly for Sphere. With 60+ per day resort fee and stayed three days, they don't want to give us two small bottles of water until we begged for it. "Poor wifi service. No heaters and aircon doesn’t warm the room even though it can be set to 25-30DegC. Something is always defective in the room. Room light was working and the filter from the cooker hood was dirty. Noticed it when it fell down while using it."
