A luxury appointed boutique hotel with sophisticate modern style and furnishing. The beds and bathroom were excellent but the superior room was quite small. My only criticism was we were not allowed to go up onto the roof and see or use the swimming pool because we had not paid for the spa facilities.

Park Hyatt Zurich is my home away home in Zurich a perfect business hotel. As a frequent traveller I found this hotel as a perfect one for the business and none business travelers. Very central. Lovely courtyard. Special requests were met. Early check in and late check out provided. Staff were generally very accommodating.

The hotel was close to Lake Zurich and from our room you could get a view of the lake. It was a short walk from the hotel to the boat trips as well as the tram and train station. There were lots of shops and restaurants close by. The room was big and each day some chocolate was placed in our room which tasted really good. The breakfast was delicious with a wide selection of food. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Great hotel for the event - literally opposite, a 3-minute walk! Plenty of convenience stores and close to the train station. Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the unexpected upgrade to a room with kitchenette facilities, which was a lifesaver with eating out being pricey.

I booked this hotel recently when my daughter and I went for a short break to Zurich. I had called the hotel directly before hand to make a couple of enquiries and requests and on both occasions the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel sits on the river Limmat close to the lake and has a wonderful restaurant terrace with great views. We had breakfast here each morning which was a great start to the day. Room was spotless, the bathroom exquisite and room service was amazing. Service and staff were outstanding!

We stayed there to watch my brother do a half ironman, it was a good location for the event which was a short train ride, the train station was a quick downhill walk from the hotel and slow uphill walk on way back. I loved the hotel and was really pleased with it, the food at the restaurant is really nice, the rooms very cool and the view to die for. Would love to stay again and have more time to get to the chocolate factory !

I like the complimentary mini fridge

I stayed at the Home Hotel when my wife and I were in Zurich on honeymoon. We visited 6 European countries and the Home Hotel was by far the best hotel we stayed in. The room was incredibly comfortable, the bed was wonderful (we both have bad backs and we both slept like babies) and the HUGE shower was great. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

Great staff and an excellent restaurant

Good location. Had all the basics you’d need in a hotel. iPad controls for the room was a nice touch. Black out blinds were great.
