not sme room as photos. no robes, no room service. broken elevators, no hot water heaters. poor fridge. bathroom shower not as intended, the top nozzle wasnt even connected, just for show. food lacking. just generally not impressed by the rio at all

My check-in experience at Treasure Island was disappointing. I sought assistance regarding Expedia VIP benefits, specifically how to redeem any food and beverage discounts associated with my Expedia status. Despite speaking with three different staff members, including the concierge, VIP check-in desk, and VIP office, no one was able to provide guidance. I was repeatedly redirected between locations and ultimately spent over 90 minutes completing check-in, including resolving issues with a self-service kiosk that failed to provide my room number. While staff were courteous, they appeared overwhelmed and the process was inefficient. As a result of the lengthy delays, I missed the opportunity to dine at the hotel before attending a show, which was a key part of my stay. Overall, the check-in experience fell well below expectations for a VIP guest.
