"We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!"
"Exceptional service from staff and amazing amenities. Room was always in a spotless condition, very comfortable stay and will definitely come back if we are ever in Atami again."
"Fantastic experience...only wish we would have had more time. We used this as a hub prior to climbing Mt. Fuji - not too far from the Atami Station and easy to access.
Staff is helpful, kind and very welcoming. Beautiful Ryokan - would definitely come back to visit again. "
"With the convenience of a simple apartment-style setup, you can freely use the clean facilities.
This makes it highly effective if you prefer a freestyle stay."

"The property has a lovely relaxing resort feel which was welcome after the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and Kyoto ! The rooms are very spacious .. we upgraded to the ocean view room which was definitely worth it ! The balcony and view was amazing !
The breakfast was a lovely inclusion. , enough Western options . We had dinner there as well and was good .
Tried out the onsen which was very relaxing and did help my sore joints !
The town of Atami is a bit run down , but the temple is nice and pics from the top of the ropeway were okay for a walk around but not much to do/ see . "
