"We were absolutely blown away by this wonderful hotel. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but this one was by far our favorite. The service and food were exceptional, and every member of the staff was incredibly professional. Our time in Atami couldn’t have been better!"
"The room was amazing with a killer view for fireworks. It was right next to the river that cuts through town so the sound of water can be heard from the room. Just beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. "
"What a delightful hostel with ryoken style rooms and a beautiful onsen. The views were also wonderful of the sea! Great service, great place and accessible to the train station, too!"
"The hotel is very great! If you search t sleep in a very traditionnal japanese Ryokan (tatami bed, and futon bed), it's perfect.
For a budget price, we got a huge room of 45m2 with sea view! At night, we can hear the nice sound of river.
The hotel is 13min by walk from atami station and 9min from beach (just follow the river, between very quite old streets).
The spa is small but very nice too!

"The rooms are big but sparsely decorated. Bed mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. They provide very limited amenities in the bathroom. Finally, considering that is marketed as a family resort, there are very limited and simple number of activities.
On the positive side, staff are very professional and dedicated to improving customer experience. Additionally, breakfast is abundant and with great variety.
Overall, this place is not worth the price. It would be rated at best a three stars in international markets. "
"Purchase the dinner and breakfast—excellent buffets and beautiful dining room. Hotel has extraordinary ocean view. No need to leave the property as it has 3 onsens, restaurants, and activities."
