"What a brilliant hotel and staff were very quick to help when an issue arose "

"The hotel is great: the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. We decided to include the breakfast with the room fee, and it was a wonderful choice: the wide range of choice is great, and everything is delicious. Highly recommended. Finally, the hotel is located close to two subway lines, New Tram and Cho, both of them at a short walking distance. There is also a convenience store in the building if you want a cheap meal. "Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps. Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."

"The room was clean but very dim lighting. there was an Elvis statue next to the stair and some kind of pirate statue in front of the door when opened. There was very little shops nearby, it is walkable to the train station."
