What's good 1. Quite 2. Next to outlet but a bit distant away from the train station. 3. Offers most of the usual stuff like in room sandals, toothbrush and toothpaste and razer. What's not so good 1. Check out time is 10am and if you wish to extend to 12pm, you need to pay extra. I don't see many guest but they insist they need to clean the room. 2. Breakfast, not much varieties. You can go to the food court in outlet for your daily meals.

Hidden gem Nice and professional staff Large rooms with a full size bed(medium firm and comfortable). Bathroom was small compared to other business hotels , but it has everything from a tub, toiletries , hairdryer, Pajamas and soft towels . The rooms were quiet . Residents were respectful. In house restaurant that looks inviting and appealing. I did not partake. 5 minute walk to Rinku Outlet mall, food court and coffee, 15 minute to Rinku Station(10 minute train ride to KIX) 20 minutes to the local restaurants and bars Great stay

Very nice and clean, very close to the KIX and Starbucks inside the outlet mall. Staff are very attentive and polite too. Will definitely come back here again.

Should be half price at the very best
The hotel is all right. Located near an outlet mall, few miles from the airport, and about half a mile from the rail road station. The breakfast was a bit limited with the offer. Service is good and the cleanliness is good. However, must notice that it is not worth the cost!
