"Everything was wonderful until we woke up to a smoke smell in our room. Smelled like someone was smoking in our room. Must have been coming in the vent. Told the front desk and had them come and smell. No explanation."

"It’s a bit far to walk to the main attractions. It’s about 8–10 minutes from Yokohama Station by taxi, or 15–20 minutes on foot. However, the hotel environment is very nice. Taking a taxi is also not too expensive and quite acceptable."
