Excellent location, right in the heart of Chinatown. Walkable location to the pier. Has a neat art deco luxury feel.
This hotel is super convenient steps from Chinatown . Clean and the stuff was super friendly and went out of their way to help us.
The rooms were of a good size.
Very convenient location in Chinatown but on a quiet street. Short walk to subway station and Yamashita Park. Room is spacious enough to accommodate three people. Staff was polite and helpful. Overall a satisfying experience.
It is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff was phenomenal. They were very welcoming. They also took the time to help us both with figuring out the Pasmo app.
We selected the rose hotel for the pool for my family to enjoyed, unfortunately when we arrived that's when we were informed that we have to pay a daily fee per person's to use the pool including the children that was not disclose prior. The look like we traveled through time. Not family friendly.
This is a very clean hotel. The staff try very hard to keep it that way. The location was great for us. Right across the road was Chinatown with a plethora of restaurants and take out food shops. Ten minutes walk took us to the harbour with gardens and sites. There is a tour bus stop right in front of the hotel. Also a airport bus stop. Our only complaint was the beds were too firm and the pillows too soft.

Rooms are clean but dated. Breakfast is quite good. Soundproofing of room is good as you cannot hear guest next door. Hotel is very strict and would not allow early check-in. In terms of location, while there are many shops selling chinese food, there are no shopping malls or convenience store nearby. Subway station is also quite a distance away.

Excellent stay I'll have no hesitation in returning or promoting this property
Great older style hotel with lots of character right in Chinatown. We really enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and also spoke English. We didn't opt for the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of places to eat in Chinatown. If you're coming from Haneda airport, then there's an Airport Limousine bus which drops you directly at the front of the hotel. Buy the bus tickets at the airport. Would definately stay there again.
Staff was very helpful and understanding being that I spoke no Japanese. Room was and hotel were clean and comfortable. Restaurants onsite were reasonable and had good service. Location was very walkable, coffee shop around the corner was my default go to for a cheap breakfast or dinner.
