"This hotel is very convenient since it sits above the train station on the 10th floor. Dining options are good and for a hotel that sits above the train station, it is very quiet. You can’t hear the trains at all. The hotel gives you a card that lists restaurants in the Cubic Plaza that will offer some kind of discount or perk if you dine with them or use their services. Staff is very kind and housekeeping service is spot on. Traveling into Tokyo City takes a while (about 50 minutes to over an hour, depending on where you want to go.) would highly recommend."
