Very nice hotel with friendly staff, convenient for visiting areas in Seoul either side of the river. Quiet area considering how central it is, with parks nearby.

I booked Mercure Ambassador Hotel and I was so pleased with my choice of hotel.Had a little issue that was swiftly fixed.The staff is outstanding, they always smiling and will always do their best to help with very good attitude to work and customers.I arrived from the 29th of August to the 7th of September early morning.My checking in was excellent, I was able to get an early check in as I requested.I will recommend anyone to this hotel, the service is exceptional.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Spotlessly clean, modern (the toilets - omg!) and the check-out was seamless. The location of the hotel was fantastic – walking distance to both Ikseon-dong & Myeong-dong and we enjoyed exploring Insadong also.

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 5 star with the exception of the bathroom which was a shower with a curtain over a bath that was very difficult to operate. I think a hotel of this quality and price deserves a decent walk in shower

Clean room, staff were very helpful, breakfast has a lot of variety and was delicious, view from the room was unbelievable!

Convenient one night stay at end of guided tour on last night. Plenty of places to eat around the area . Very close to Jongak subway station , 2 stops on Line 1 from Seoul station where we took Arex rail express to Incheon airport . Helpful friendly reception . Room was more spacious & comfortable compared to similar priced 3 star hotel in Myeongdong

LOVED this stay. Solo female traveller that stayed for two weeks and felt so welcomed by the staff here. Fresh towels every day and bed made if wanted. Free water - even though bottled water in Seoul is cheap it made such a difference! 2 mins walk away from the nearest convenience store which was well stocked. Had a kettle in room and microwave in hallway so if you didn’t feel up for eating out you could make something in your room. The bathroom was stocked with toiletries and a comb....

We stayed here for 6 days 5 night. Amazing location with less than 5 minutes to subway. Plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose, all within walking distance. Professional and friendly staff, great laundry self service on the 5th floor too. Direct airport express back to the Incheon airport. Highly recommend.
