"The room looks quite grand and it is wide for its price, and the bathroom is quite large. The amenities are quite good as well. The problem lies within the condition and area of the property. The rooms are worn down in certain parts and the overall cleanliness is somewhat lacking. The area surrounding the property is very underwhelming. "Stayed for 5days in Seoul. Apt was great. Safe, clean and very quiet place. Brand new building which is half block away from the main road. Ac works great, so many restaurants and convenience stores around, bed and bedding are good, there is no lobby but communication was easy by the phone. Everything was great and i definitely will be back next trip. "
