We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 5 star with the exception of the bathroom which was a shower with a curtain over a bath that was very difficult to operate. I think a hotel of this quality and price deserves a decent walk in shower

Generous sized rooms, excellent staff are very helpful, expansive breakfast buffet, great variety of restaurants. DMZ Storyteller tour provided by the hotel was excellent, private car with tour guide Sam who was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and passionately proud of the heritage of South Korea; I cannot recommend this enough. It was superb!

Very convenient with easy access to the mall. It is however baffling that they charge for printing a one page document.

I spent many hours looking at hotels in Seoul and eventually chose this one because of the reviews and location. It was absolutely perfect. We had a room with kitchen and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was like a full size apartment and both rooms had good beds rather than the children having to sleep on a sofa bed. It’s a lovely hotel with spacious rooms. Not many places nearby, need to walk out to find a convenience store or restaurant. Airport limousine stops here, very convenient.

Great view from the room. All of the requests made were dealt with very promptly. Business centre is convenient to use with two meeting rooms.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Riviera. So much so that we are going back in a few days. The staff were all lovely and helpful. I felt a huge difference in costumer service at this hotel when compared with other hotels I stayed at in Seoul last year. Friendly and helpful staff, all spoke English to same degree and smiled all the time. I hope that the attitude towards foreigners is changing at the Seoul hotels. Comfortable hotel a 35' drive from Incheon airport. We were looking for a hotel to stay in between flights that would be in an area that we could walk around and where there would be some restaurants as well. This hotel ticked all the boxes. The airport collection service was also really efficient (the taxi driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a name placard) and the staff were helpful. Would recommend!
