"The staff are extremely polite and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to make the stay wonderful.
However the property itself is not worthy of being called 4 star. Extremely dirty rooms which haven't been cleaned properly in a long time. There was dust everywhere. Small fruitflies like insects everywhere in the room. The amenities like showers, cabinets, lamps etc haven't been cleaned or replaced ever."

After a bad experience in another hotel i decided to book another hotel urgently. I found Meluha the fern and booked on the same day. After explaining the bad experience I had last night they let me check in earlier. Basically they saved my trip!
I’m very greatful to the staff and would 100% recommend to anyone. I wouldn’t heaitate to stay here again.
