For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions.

Ali is really a good host and would go above and beyond to help. Will stay here again on my next visit!

The apartments are beautiful clean and in a great spot. Choose a front balcony and sit with a drink, in the early evening, and watch the world go by! I would wholeheartedly recommend the Pera Neuf to anyone who wants to be close to bars, restaurants and local transport but in a quieter street.

Great spacious apartment, so much bigger than it looks in pics. It had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer (room 102) as well as a lift. Clean and comfortable apartment, friendly staff. The location was perfect, although the street can be a bit noisy at night, you can hear outside music from the living room but you can't hear anything from the bedrooms so we had an uninterrupted sleep. We were 3 females, stayed for 7 nights and felt completely safe even late at night....

Stunning apartment, well presented and very clean throughout. In a good area, plenty restaurants nearby, shops and cafes. Although a 50 minute walk to old town / sights, plenty transport options to get you there. Host is easily accessible and provided good tips and advice. I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment.

Very nice place, welcoming staff, perfect location. Located up the hill, for elderly they will need a car/transport. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Location was good, staff very friendly always ready to answer any questions, very clean, plenty of shops and little cafes around, room was comfortable with enough storage ! The only negative things was no presence lights on the stairs to the rooms, there was a power cut for almost 2 days and it was a adventure to go in and out of the room, I was on the 2 floor and it got really dark! You need presence lights all the way up and down
