"Staff spoke very poor English so while they wanted to help you, it was difficult. Internet didn’t work for my whole trip and I was told (not sure how true) that Air China have offices in the hotel and they restrict the internet. Food was very poor (evening) at the hotel but the breakfast was great. Plenty of food options locally with a decent Irish pub and great tapas place within 5 minutes. 4/10"

"Great hotel! Very fancy and comfortable. All the staff spoke English. We stayed on a high floor that had a bath tub big enough for two with a view of the city. Granted, the view was rather industrial from our side of the building, but we still thought it was cool. We really enjoyed our stay."
