"Stayed for 2 nights with my boyfriend as we were visiting the area. Booked the hotel last minute but thought being a best western it would be ok. Staff were friendly and helpful which was lovely. But hotel very shabby, bed was comfy but pillows and duvet were awful. Room was comfortable and clean otherwise but the bathroom left a lot to be desired, not sure if it wasn’t clean enough or just needs updating. But gave me the ick a bit. But overall was a nice stay but didn’t feel it was value for...
