"The best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff they were super friendly and helpful! Next the hotel was very clean. And third the breakfast was really good! The biggest bummer was the internet/tv messed up the whole weekend for us and when in the hotel we couldn’t enjoy gaming or tv. It seemed to work in the lobby just not our room. "the check in process went well on friday night, 3/13. the guy was nice and explained everything well. fast forward to the next morning, i was awoken by someone entering my room. utilizing their key card and walking into my room. i yelled out “hello?!” and they responded “ay sorry” before leaving. this is something that should never happen… later that morning, before leaving, there was constantly knocking on my door. before going out to the hallway to find housekeeping saying “sorry” even though this was about an hour before checkout.
