"The staff was wonderful. Friendly and professional. They did their best to accommodate us. The mouse droppings in the ice bucket and the bedbug bites on my stomach, on the other hand, were not something they could really help with. The people were sweet but the building is scary. You would probably be happier choosing differently."

Excellent
Williamsport is very cool city though we were amazed at how there was very little open and seemed like everyone was away on vacation. There was no one around and most places closed early or weren't open.

Lived here for three years as a teen. Nostalgia trip for me. The area around the hotel is great and if you are like craft beer you have a number of options right on your doorstep!
"It was a place that just seemed to be starting off in this service. However, they were very clean & helpful. It was a quiet area. They did serve a continental breakfast & there are a few places to eat very close by. The one I would like to recommend is the Country Pride restaurant in the T/A service center. There is also a McDonald's & a Sub-Way in the area."
"I have dealt with a few staff members here and all have been amazing. Making sure my room was to my liking and that I was taken care of after having to book 2 nights in a row at different times. Room is very clean. The location of my room was perfect to watch the sunset. I definitely recommend using this hotel if you need to stay in the Williamsport area. "
