"Unfortunately, the condition of the room was entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, I discovered several serious issues: Unsanitary conditions: The bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there were visible stains on the bed sheets. The towels were dirty. The TV was not functioning I brought these matters to the attention of the management, but they never get back to me."
