"There was no hot water. It was a spring broke in the bed very for service couldn’t understand the manager very rude to us would not refund any money for no hot water. Never will stay there again."

"The hotel is very clean and the decor is beautiful. It is vintage and preserved to keep its character. We stayed in the loft room which was nice. The only downfall was the shower. It was extremely small. I am 5’6”, 150lbs and I could touch the shower wall with my chest when I was rinsing out my hair. The floor boards were slightly squeaky. Hotels.com says the lobby receptionist is there from 1:30pm -8:00pm which is not true. The hotel receptionist arrives at 4:00pm. They are available from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. They have you sign a waiver that says it’s quite time from 10:00pm to 7:00am to respect other guests which is not enforced. No one is there. The walls are thin so I could hear the noisy neighbors laughing well past 10:00pm. You park at the back of the hotel which is small or the street. The town the hotel is located in is cute. There are lots of restaurants and shops."

"When we first researched for accommodation in Williams AZ, people rated it 9/10 but not what we experienced. The property indeed is located on the main street and the location is good. Parking is ample. The front desk staff was curt and it felt unfriendly to us. The room was small containing a small fridge with the setting knob missing, a small TV screen, a small microwave, a few drawers, 2 nightstands, and wifi which we did not use. Now the problems: the carpet was filthy in our room, with black stains across, food crumbs between the bed and the nightstand, only 1 socket for charging and perhaps 2 USB outlets on the lamp on one side of the bed, 1 small window, other electrical outlets are located by the other end of the wall next to the airconditioner that is far from the other nightstand. The sink is located at the corner of the room outside the tiny bathroom. The airconditioner was very dusty as the screen/filter and grill had not been cleaned for a while. The small AC would go on for a while and be off. The floor board squeaked and uneven, not solid ground. The bed was very soft so not amenable to people who have back problems. There was no security latch other than the electronic door lock with deadbolt inside (sort of). There was only 1 chair by the small table off on the far end of the room. There were no other amenities within the property that we were aware of. One thing is true: you get what you pay for. "

"I did not go to breakfast. It was a full house the night we stayed and the breakfast room was packed so we passed. The only thing I would suggest for amenities is maybe the hotel housing feminine products, tooth brush/paste etc, and other amenities instead of candy only because in emergency driving into business district and having to get back on the highway to come back is a little much. Other than that, it was good! :)"
